Responsibilities:
Give technical support to Windows Servers, perform patching activity
Technical Skills
Windows Administration for Windows Server 2003/2008/2012
Good knowledge on Windows Clustering setup and troubleshooting
Good knowledge on DNS, DHCP, SQL DBA, networking
Good knowledge on Patching and automated patching tools
Good windows troubleshooting knowledge and should have knowledge in Power Shell and if any automation
Aware of ITIL processes like Change, Request and Incident Management.
Experience in incident reduction, Problem management activities is preferred.

Criteria:
1. Candidates with break in career and/or education for more than 2 years are not eligible
2. Candidates who have attended the selection process in the last 6 months (either selected-not-joined or rejected) will not be eligible
3. Only full time graduation (with 15 years regular education) will be considered - No correspondence courses / undergraduates
4. Full time Graduation from a UGC recognized University
5. Comfortable to work in any shifts as per TCS policy.
