Skill set:-
1. Working with clients on LiveChat or Ticket based support system offering product/crm backend support and resolve issues. (In-depth training of our products will be provided)
2. you will need a good memory on how software and systems work. Your attention to minute details, excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and then provide the possible the solution.
3. Excellent Communication Skills (especially Written Skills)
Qualification:- B.A./B.Sc (with excellent communication skills),
B.E / B.Tech / BCA / MCA / M.Sc or equivalent -
